If there’s one thing we’ve learned, it’s that beautiful things take time, care, and occasionally, a whole lot of dust.

After enjoying and making the most of the house exactly as it was during the summer season, it’s time to get down to business. Anyone who follows us knows how much this place and the comfort of those who experience it mean to us. That is why we’ve decided it’s finally time for a major upgrade. In late November 2025, the construction site will officially open for renovation works.

Our goal? To shape it into exactly what we’ve always imagined.

The Race Against Time (and the Calendar)

When planning this kind of renovation, timing is everything. And we have a deadline that allows for no extensions or delays: June 15th.

This isn’t our own arbitrary choice, but a strict, non-negotiable rule. Past that date, for obvious reasons tied to the summer season and local peace regulations, there is an absolute ban on any type of outdoor construction or renovation.

Our roadmap is therefore incredibly tight:

• November 2025: The crews arrive, and the real work begins.

• Winter/Spring: Total focus on structural and major outdoor renovations.

• June 15th: Scaffolding comes down, the noise stops, and summer officially takes over.

What to Expect Over the Coming Months

An intense period is ahead of us. There will be quick decisions to make, materials to choose, and that classic mix of anxiety and anticipation that comes with any real renovation project. But the thought of watching it all take shape, brick by brick, makes the wait absolutely thrilling.

Of course, you won’t be getting rid of us that easily! We will be using this space to share our progress, behind-the-scenes updates, and, undoubtedly, a few of those unexpected hiccups that always pop up along the way.
